Terms Of Service

This article defines the terms of service (TOS) for Onvertigo Bloggers. Onvertigo Bloggers is a privately run blogging service for friends and family of Trent and Tammy Adams and reserves the right to revoke blogging privileges from anyone that are not invited or do not follow the rules!  You must also be at least 18 years old to blog here unless waived by Trent Adams.

Blogging is an expression of ones self and can be a rewarding thing for everyone in the community. You can pretty much write whatever you want, but there are some guidelines to follow so that you do not get your blog terminated for breaking the common sense terms of service.  There are plenty of other places to blog and we want quality people blogging here.

We are absolute on keeping this community clean and completely removed of spammers, link harvesters, content thieves, adult content, illegal activity, hate other bad things. We also would like this service for blogging and not used as a way to drive traffic to another site.

1. If you have links to anything illegal (warez, etc) you will be terminated.
2. If you are just posting other peoples posts to try and grab traffic (splog) you will be terminated.
3. If you have more than “descrete” links for commercial activity you may be terminated (most get warnings first, but depends on the severity).
4. If you have loads of links and seen as a link harvester you will be terminated
5. If you are using this service as a way to spread hate you will be terminated
6. If you don’t play well with others here you could be terminated
7. Generally, warnings will be issued for several things, but if anything is just blatantly wrong, termination might be immediate.
8. While you cannot completely control what others say on your blog with comments, it is still your responsibility to make sure that their words also abide by these rules.

We take blogging serious and since this is a free service by Trent Adams, please abide by these simple rules . Play nice or blog somewhere else.
